Once retired his focus turned to serving the community as a member of the City Council, and as a photographer, local historian, and naturalist. After receiving his Master's Degree in Business, his career led his family to Delaware, Tacoma, North Carolina and finally to Lake Sawyer in Black Diamond where he lived for 38 years. Goodwin, who played briefly in the popular central Ohio band McGuffey Lane after its 1995 reunion, was also known for his eclectic style, with items such as retro suits and hats. It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Craig Goodwin of Coralville, Iowa, born in Washington, Iowa, who passed away on June 4, 2020, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends.
